Training is crucial for organisational development and its success. It is vital to any discipline service like FCS. Training within our Naboro Training Academy is focused on integrity, outstanding conduct, and superb written and verbal communication skills.
We also strive to equip our officers with the skills to handle difficult situations, without endangering themselves or others.
Training is also focused on self discipline in order to instil discipline to those under our care.
The Basic Recruitment Course is held over 12 weeks and 72 weeks for our Cadet Officer Course which includes Academic Training, Physical and Tactical Training and Development Courses to upgrade their skills.
In order to maximise each officer’s potential, all officers can expect to be exposed to various areas of work through regular postings.
