New escort vehicles for FCS

The Fiji Corrections Service received 10 new escort vehicles and four ambulance vehicles this afternoon. Commissioner of Corrections, Lt.Colonel Ifereimi Vasu says that this will enable the FCS to carry out its work efficiently and effectively. Drivers who have been earmarked to drive the new vehicles were trained for two days at the Transport Unit in Korovou. The new vehicles will be distributed to Lautoka, Ba, Naboro, Nasinu, Suva and Labasa.
